Motorola now asking for royalties on msft's surface

- 2.25% is not reasonable and everyone involved knows this. For a single standards patent, even 0.1% isn't reasonable.
- Motorola will likely lose the case
- Patents suck
- Microsoft, Samsung, Google and Apple will be fine regardless of what happens. This is just posturing.
