Why feel sorry for them? It is their fault. They should have known nintendo being desperate to get 3ds off the ground and wanting to combat smart phones would make them competitive.

I wished though Vita could offer some pretty interesting challenges to 3DS. I do aknowledge the only thing to blame is Sony itself, but I also know that competition is very important to keep Nintendo away from taking it easy. I do find they tend to be too confident about their situation whenever it's going down good, making less effort, and resulting in less appealing games or deals for us gamers. Competition's always sane!
