I know there will probably be many people who disagree with me, but ...
I think Sega should focus all of their efforts on the Wii, Nintendo DS, and PSP for the next several years; while they're doing this they should be agressively "laying-off" as much dead weight as possible, and shoud be restructuring in order to streamline their development process and increase quality. In my opinion, only when Sega has a handful of high quality development teams that are producing products people can really get excited about will they be able to make a comeback.
