Case and screen protector for me, when it coems to resale value when the time comes, a perfect back and front makes a lot of difference in price |
Indeed it does. I flipped my iPhone 3G for $110 (after paying $100 for it under contract) and just flipped my HTC Inspire for $100 (after paying $100 for it under contract). I expect to get over $150 for my iPhone 5 when its contract is over and I can upgrade. $20 for a screen protector and case will earn you at least $30-40 when you re-sell the phone (plus, you have a nicer device to use the entire time, one that is scratch-free). If you take good care of your phone, you can flip it back onto the grey market for just about the same price you paid for it under contract. It's a great way to take the initial sting of the upgrade price off a new contract while always owning a premiere phone.
