Microsoft Were Offered The Wii Tech Before Nintendo But Turned It Down~ Did they already have plans for the Kinect back then?

Good thing they turned it down. Doesn't really make sense for the market they were aiming for.
Now they are a lot more open to the casual market so if this was offered to them today, they would probably take it.
