I got a 16GB one in the UK yesterday morning about 8.20AM. I knew they were going to start selling them at 8AM. The Playstore was in bits, took me 20 mins of constantly adding to basket only it to encounter an error at checkout until suddenly it let me buy one about 30 seconds before the stock all went and it permanently said "notify me"...I was swearing like a trooper, it was very annoying.

When I read all the comments of the angry people who didn't get one though, it really brightened up my day.

Also got a 32GB Nexus 7 3G.

Lucky bastard!

Would you write a short review when you have your devices?

I feel your pain, really do. But you didn't have it as bad as some. Most people who wanted one were up all NIGHT because they didn't know when it was going to come on sale. Even the people who read about 8AM start in UK at least, were frantically clicking add to basket - checkout - error - add to basket - checkout error - add to basket - checkout - enter payment details - error.....Over and over again for 30 mins. Can't believe I got one to be honest as it seemed harder to get than glastonbury tickets back in the old days before they allocated numbers when you send off you details in advance.

If I remember I will, still hasn't been despatched yet though. It's a good price but they do gouge on delivery - £9.99 for the Nexus 4 delivery, and £13.99 for the Nexus 7, when you add it all up. It's still a very good price but not out of this world cheap like some might say.

I know it's a fair bit cheaper in the US, of course you can't do direct comparison because of possible tax being charged on the base US price...but still, shouldn't complain.

The prices going on ebay right now are downright disgusting!
