I think he was meaning that in some countries (I think Brazil might be one, ask Vic or Ethomaz) that physical copies are extortionately priced, but PSN prices are fixed so that makes them cheaper. Something like that.
OT: Great job with the thread. Possibly Super Monkey Ball: Banana Splitz as a recommendation for a budget-price game. £15 at launch here (£13 on amazon for a brand new copy at the moment).
