Just so you know I have the game. My profile is Selnor1983. Look me up on PSN and that Ive played GOW3.
I know for a fact I was disappointed with certain aspects of GOW3 textures and visuals in comparison to ohter parts. Hercules was most notable.
The graphics vary alot in GOW3.
When its at its best is the big battles an big QTE moments. And no its not hard to enance visuals on the fly. The same way the game takes control away on the fly. Clever techniques which allow more resources into te visuals.
