Achievement points don't mean dick. It just means they buy every game the gets released. 

No it doesn't there aren't that many games that offer a easy 1000 achievement points you have no clue about gaming skills.

The example you just posted, L4D, is something I would consider to be an easy 1000. Assuming the achievements are the same as they are on steam.
