Halo 2 and Halo 4 have the best online MP. Depending on what 343 does with Halo 4, Halo 2 might still have the best MP!

Anyways, looking at Halo:CE Anniversary sales it doesn't seem like a good decision but I could be wrong.

It's just that simple.
