Brace yourself for this one boys...
Halo 2 is actually my favourite Halo. Multi-player, anyway. My best friend is a big fan of the series, and I've played 2, 3 + Reach with him & his brother a lot.
There was something about Halo 2, I don't quite know what. I liked the maps, the feel, the speed of it etc. Everything worked better than I felt it did in Reach (didn't like) and 3 (good, but not as good as 2).
Plus, there were some crazy glitches and climbing you could do in that game. I cannot count how many hours I spent with them sword cancelling up to invisible walls and such. I suppose stuff like that is going to be lost in a HD remake :P
