Serious DBZ question: Why does everybody perfer Freiza over his brother???

Cooler does not exist that's why.

He is not from the manga and is a sideshow for a one hour  anime.

This is the same thing for Thales, the so called brother of Sangoku.

They are not from the original manga and are marginal.
