Dev kits will be constantly delivered until just a few months before release. Everyone should know that.

Indeed, there were numerous sources saying that Nintendo was providing developers with the final WiiU dev kits not too long before last E3, and it is launching in a few days.

I'm quite sure that both Sony and Microsoft will try to launch their consoles next year, not only because they don't want to give Nintendo too much advantage, but also because they don't want to launch later than the other.
