Huh? I still can access everything that was made available through PS+ through the previous downloaded tab (or however the tab is called in english), I know it because I redownloaded NFS:Shift (or whichever shitty NFS it was) after uninstalling it, after the offer was over. Never tried it since the PSStore remodeling though. You will not be able to access something you haven't downloaded while it was offered though. (This also means you won't be able to get stuff that was on PS+ previously) You won't be able to access the stuff once your PS+ abo was canceled and ran out and afaik if you get PS+ again, you won't be able to access stuff from your old abo.
Somehow I have the feeling I am missing the point of this thread though.
Also, this only applies to the Austrian PS+ offering, I don't know how it is handled in other countries.
