I don't know about the other titles but I believer Nintendo still owns the Eternal Darkness IP. They just recently trademarked it sometime this year actually. Well here's hoping the big N decides to pick up the IP's if the SK ever goes under. It seems like one of may developers that can't find success after leaving Nintendo as a 2nd party developer (Retro, Factor 5 and now Silicon Knights).
