Given that Sammy seems to be treating Sega like Time Warner was treating AOL (a nuisance that they can't wait to expunge), i would doubt this.

Edit: though i would like to see this if it would mean more output from SEGA. I just think the writing's on the wall for the company to diminish yet further, not expand.
