It was from the Near app.  I'll give the other option a try.

yep that's the problem right there. Go to your room and talk to the angeling on your bed. (you probably picked her up at a bar somewhere :P)  and you will have an option called accept gifts via near. Use that. 

Be sure to go through all the gifts you have and pick the best ones for your needs. If you also need any new cards or weapons, let us know ;)
