Actually, I believe it was a nonbinding resolution....
and with the Anti-statehood govonor in power, even if there is a vote, it will no doubt be one that has "Keep status quo" on it.
Probably just a yes/no vote.
Statehood or Status Quo.
In which case a majority will definitly pick the second.
