I believe this list is far from complete cause i managed to come up with 3 BIG titles for the Wii in just seconds!

I don't think "No more Heroes" is confirmed for 2007 yet (wikipedia has it as 2007 or 2008). Same with Final Fantasy. Dragon Quest Swords isn't due until 2008 outside of Japan.

I took out bust-a-move bash (not that original and not that good) and namco. Not sure how namco slipped in...

 

 

Thanks for improving it.  Limiting it to 20 games would be nice, though, unless you want this to become a 3-thread war.  I think the idea was to limit it to great exclusives, which so far only 1 out of 3 has done, and it's not complete yet.
