The iPhone 5 GPU is better than any other in phone market... and the A6 is one of the most powerful mobile CPU out here rivaling (and surpassing in some areas) the Cortex-A15.
A6 is a custom ARMv7 with features coming from Cortex-A9 and Cortex-A15.
I can say iPhone 5 is the most advanced hardware for mobile phones sold in the market today.
