Every other character leaked with them has been confirmed.



This image also revealed R+C and Nariko.

They didn't deny the leaks tho..they accepted it. And from the above images , these were leaked from the official webpage update. they didn't deny the rivalry between Cole and Raiden. They also didn't deny Ryu Hayabusa so I think we might see him. They outright did however say no to Jin and Kazuma
