Jin and Kuzuya were confirmed to be false by one of the devs, Heihachi is the only tekken character in this game

Ryu on the other hand i'm not sure of

They never admit leaks so dev statements mean nothing.

actually that isn''t true at all, when the orinial leak occured revealing the final 8 or so characters 

the president at superbot confirmed it on the psblog
