So? 2K holds the rights to Big Daddy and Konami to Raiden.

Granted, Activision might be being a dick about it, but if Sony could sweeten the deal enough, they'd surely give up at least Crash (who is worth nothing to Activision, unlike Spyro who they might keep around for Skylanders)

i didn't think i'd have to go into detail but obviously just because third parties allow certain characters to be used does not mean that that will apply to all characters
