I am.
I've been using only Chrome and its apps on my home PC for months. HAven't needed Windows anything.
Its faster, safer, directly connected to Google Services and its personalization and thus my phone as well.
For home use, I'd wager a great majority of users do not need anything that is Windows based or even better in Windows. That is why phones and tablets are doing so well. Most users are just fine with a web based solution.
How many people with smartphones and/or tablets now say they barely touch their PC?
