After 9 weeks Halo Reach had sold 5.7 million.

Your first week 4.4 million is totally unrealistic (Reach had 3.7 million). After the review meltdowns even people on this site have canceled their plans to buy this game early.

Say what?  Review meltdowns? It has a swag of perfect 10/10 scores, tons of 9/10s and only a handfull of 8/10s.... EGM is the only review that gave it less than 8/10... and that reviewer is on meth at the best of times.
