I know what you mean, there's a bunch of silly fools running around 
I usually equip a weapon with the splash potion skill which allows me to heal everyone on the same map with my potion. Only problem is, I have to be packing all three kinds of potion.
I also equip a mace charge shortening card to lessing charge time. Whats crazy is most of the fools dont even bother entering the healing area. I end up casting sanctuary right in the middle of the battle just so dem fools wont die on me. And for a cleric to specialize on healing, attack power and sometimes def is sacrificed.
