Not saying the man's actions or opinions are right or wrong but what if she hid a hereditary medical condition from her husband?
The child is born and suffers greatly from the illness and the husband knew nothing about the risk of his child being born with the condition.
If he had known about the risk he would not have had a child with the woman in question.
He sues the woman for deceiving him and wins $120,000 in court.
Was this man wrong for suing the mother of his child?
