I have a problem with statements like this. Picture yourself as an executive a multi-billion dollar company. Do you really think that you'd look at a market and come to the official statement of, "I don't care about that market"?
Or do you think it's far more likely that legal issues, distribution, marketing, branding, compeition, localization, etc...may have possibly played the main role as to why they've not made a big push into the area?
