Sony to stop PS2 production soon

Why would they do that? PS2 is PURE profit. Price of a new PS2 with no games is only a little lower than a Wii with some Mario/Sonic games.

I guess it makes sense that Sony doesn't want to be juggling around 3 home consoles......
