Just like PS1 production was stopped in March 2006, about 6 months before PS3 launch. Which mean PS4 should launch 2013 and not 2014. And another reason to believe that Sony didnt ship over 2 millions in last two quarters. More like 800k-900k at best o even less.

Why does it indicate that?

Because i dont think Sony will stop production of a concole shipping 1 million every quarter. Thats more then Wii and almost on par with 360.
