The circle button is made so that you have your own set of attack with a weapon you pick up. I dont think youll have more weapons than the blades, but you can pick up stuff as you go and apparantly you can mix circle (that pick up) along with ur blades heavy (triangle) and blades fast (square), so you really dont have to switch weapons. Its actually pretty neat shit! If you dont have a weapon on you (you can toss them at any time), kratos will instead kick people :P
Ascension is said to be more like GoW1-2 and not GoW3 (kind of saddens me since I prefer 3 but okay xP, love all really).
Going back to the convention tomorrow. Will play it again >:D
