I don't know, but at least in my home 360 downloads are much faster than PS3. After ca. 10 mins 70MB of 1.5GB (or 4%) of U-Swan are downloaded.

That sucks. Infamous 2 is over 15gb to download, that took quite a while. Especially since I had to pause it for a few days because I was over my monthly download limit.... Digital downloads are not the immediate future.
