I'm not sure, if I saw the name I'd remember. But leaps and bounds means a noticeable leap from current gen to next gen. I'm not the one who said it so I'm not putting direct quotes in anyone's mouth. You can look through old Wii U articles pertaining to it's horsepower if you want to look for yourself.
