Well it looks like Anand took a look at the new GPU in the iPad 4. The quad core sgx554mp4 looks like it has double the power of the 543mp4 in the A5X (iPad 3). 76.8 gflops vs 38.4 gflops.
Nexus 10 GPU scores are also in the charts.
The iPad 4 is king of the hill when it comes to GPU performance.
