I've never played a competitive multi-player game that didn't dissolve into frustrations with things like half the user base running the most overpowered class, people camping spawn points, players only caring about their K/D ratio, and seemingly every other opponent using the latest exploit or questionable tactic. I like playing defensive classes and I like putting objectives first. I feel out of place and unsuccessful in games where K/D is all anyone cares about. I've lost pretty much all my enthusiasm for multi-player games. The day that single player campaigns fade from gaming is the day I find a new hobby. |
I'm with you on that one, man.
Single player only, here, and I cannot stand MP. It's not that I'm untalented at it so much as the people drive me just about insane.
