I could fully believe that, no doubt.  But I don't see what it has to do with my post.  Going off the other thread (I have no idea if they information is correct, and am unsure how to research it myself), the game division profitted $29 million this quarter after losing $45 million last quarter.  Which systems made the profit and which made a loss is interesting, sure, but I was talking about the games division as a whole.


Sony attributed the downturn to "lower" sales of PlayStation 3 and PSP hardware and software, though the company said this was partially offset by contributions fromPlayStation Vita. Additionally, profits were down due to the slower sales, as well as "unfavorable" foreign exchange rates.

I don't know for a fact but that would be my main guess.  Either way Sony needs to stop losing money
