To everyone who thinks this is a good thing, you did all hear what Disney said about the Lucasarts gaming division? Their main focus will be shifted towards mobile gaming and social games, its clear that the company does not intend to maintain Lucasarts' visions for their many licences and franchises, this is all about milking, which does not bode well at all for the new Star Wars trilogy.

Lucasarts hasn't made a good game since Tie Fighter anyway.

Well, no, but ...

Oh come on guys, you must be kidding.

Some LucasArts games made after Tie Fighter:
Sam & Max Hit the Road (very good)
Full Throttle (very good)
The Dig (utter crap imo due to Spielberg's incredibly lame story idea, but reviewers and many fans found it good)
The Curse of Monkey Island (brilliant)
Grim Fandango (a masterpiece)
Dark Forces (good)
X-Wing vs. Tie Fighters (good acc. to reviews, never played it)
Outlaws (good acc. to reviews, never played it)
Jedi Knight (very good acc. to reviews, never played it)

Two of these games (CoMI, GF) are in my all-time top 15.
