If Disney knows how to do one particular thing, it's to let the company do what it does and not kill the golden goose. Pixar makes their movies. Marvel is making tonnes of money off of their comics and movies. It was already stated, very specifically, that Disney has no intention of changing or altering the formula except that there will be more movies coming out now for Star Wars, instead of none. They are not going to interfere in the company's works unless they lose money, which LucasFilm doesn't do because of its franchises and divisions.
No need to make a mountain out of a molehill here. Business as usual will go onward, but now we actually get more Star Wars movies instead of no more movies. Less complaining about the 'big, evil corporation' and let them have their shot to see how they do. Like it or not, this is how things are going to go and that's that. You might as well just enjoy the ride.
