This means only 2 options, creat a bunch of new character and new threats to the republic, or continue on Luke, Han-Solo and Lela's story and I never cared about any of these characters. |
episodes 1-3 did NOT 'suck'. Only a hypersensitive old school SW fan thinks that.
1: was good overall, but had a two bad characters. (jarjar and young anakin)
2: was very good overall
3: was great
Only negative that relates to Episodes 1-3 is how Lucas used them to change a few plots and scenes in Episodes 4-6.
Lucas did not ruin your childhood, I promise.
There is a lot of story. Its a big universe and it doesn't need the classic characters to be good.
