I do not think that will be easy or cheap. Plus to be fair you would have to stop immigrants all together I think. If the United States cannot stop illegal immigration then I doubt some other country could unless they became some sort of militant state like North Korea.

The US can't stop illegal immigration because the politicians really dont want to. not becaause we are unable. No militant state required.
