NAME HOW MANY TIMES SONY DID ANY OF THAT! This is just an extremely small portion of the damn live advertising. Very, very small! In 2010 the media was saturated with Kinect related ads, product placement, shows and more. It was on every prime time channel, at almost every macys that mattered in the country for test trial and had groups of people there. Do you know the percentage of people who watch those shows? The word hype exists for a reason, you dont need proof to profit off of hype. Any political election can prove this to you.

That didn't disrpove anything. I stand by my stance that 360 has the content and MS has the marketing to back it up. You just seem to think its purely marketing when in reality, the long term success of any product depends on actual quality.

Sounds like your jealous that MS likes putting flash into its campaigns where as Sony shops at the thrift store by comparison. I am 100% positive you would just love it if Sony made a Forward Unto Dawn movie for Uncharted, or shut down times square for GT5. You would just love to get caught up in the hype Sony generates. But you cant. You rely on pure forum word of mouth with Sony doing the bare minimum. And here you are looking across to see the other camp relishing in their hype trains that MS is all too happy to supply.
