Yes

Why? Not starting a flame war here, just want to know what you think is wrong with H4

I don't think anything is wrong, a 90 is a great score. Different time, different standards etc. Plus this isn't Bungie, something might not go over well with some reviewers.

I see, and yes, 90 is a great score. I was personally disappointed by Reach overall, so that's why lower score confused me. 

A lot of people were including me. Getting rid of the most popular weapon (Battle Rifle) was not the smartest decision.
