That's just amazing, that someone could of potentially been that rich. No wonder these people owned countries! I'm not surprised that half of them were monarchs though. I can't imagine what it would be like to have 400 billion though, i really can't! But i'm really surprised Gaddafi is on the list, he didn't seem to be wealthy at all
