Could be or it could not hard to tell at this point. But this rumour suggests it will be high end to say the least. 

I don't see Sony being far behind tho, I mean they have said they "won't show PS4 until it demonstrates a significant leap" and they have always been a company that prides it's self on being cutting edge. Without Ken there I don't think they will shoot for the stars and throw in the kitchen sink like the PS3 but I don't see them not going for a powerful peice of hardware. Not with Kaz in the top position, and they will probably launch last as well, depends on what the Yen does tho.

I've never had any doubts that x3ox would be top dog next gen, so no surprise there. But I'm not too sure how the PS4 will fare... They didn't use cutting edge technology for the PS1-2 (well, except the fact that they used disc's for PS1 and DVD for PS2 :p), so PS3 ir a trend breaker in that regard... But yeah, it all depends on the yen how much of a beast it'll be!!
