I think most people already expected this, but it's good to get a little more confirmation anyway.
As for not being on the WIi U, that's understandable. I suspect that this game has been in development for quite a long time and they didn't have any Wii U plans during the core of development. It's not crazy for a team to decide that it would be more efficient to not release a Wii U port at the same time as the other consoles. Also, Rockstar seems to have some sort of odd release strategy, as noted by their poor PC support. Does this mean they hate PCs? Probably not, they just have a different plan than most other developers. There's nothing to suggest that Rockstar hates Nintendo.
