It is comments like this that make me question why they ever made you a mod. That said, I think between PS3, 360 and later PC there are plenty alternatives to the open minded and they probably have already capitalized on the market that actually is interested in this series with these platforms.

Either this game is on Wii U or TakeTwo/Rockstar are ignorant haters. It's a simple dichotomy.

What a ridiculous thought. The thousands of people that make up Rockstar North and Taketwo, hundreds of which grew up with Nintendo systems and still buy them today, are all "ignorant haters" on Nintendo.

Here's just one other scenario: Maybe Rockstar want to spend their time focusing on the 2 versions they're making now, which would make sense since they spend a LOT of time polishing their games. Maybe making the best game possible on these 2 plaforms is of higher priority then porting to the Wii U and PC, and they don't want to put their game in the hands of another studio. Knowing Rockstar, and the kind of money they make T2 (which translates into power), this seems like a reasonable possibility, and a lot more reasonable than the irrational hatred you're suggesting. 

When all rational explanations have been ruled out, hate is the only remaining quantity. Given the dismissive language used by Take Two higher-ups (who are the only people whose opinion really matter in this case), we can think that they're just using the same exploitative strategy that they were before. We simply need to wait for confirmation and the inevitable journalistic questioning before documenting further evidence against them.
