This is pure speculation though, but considering how long this game has obviously been in development it makes sense it would only be on PS3 and 360 so far. If they feel there is a market for it later when the Wii U has a bigger market share, I do not see a reason they would not port it if they feel it would make enough profit and expand the games market enough to justify a port. |
I think your underestimating how strong nintendo's influence can be with this. Microsoft was desperate to push ea, activision, capcom, square enix, konami etc onto 360 and successfully pulled it off.
The thing nintendo has going for it that microsoft didn't at the time is they are a safe bet to do well considering their long success with systems. This will be on wii u. Even if it isn't confirmed in the magazine I still think it will end up on it. Nintendo are not stupid. They have a year head start and know they need this game.
One more thing to complete my year = senran kagura localization =D
