Target Offering Mysterious $120 Price Cut on PS Vita

Bad news for any product to be discounted by that much by a retailer. Wouldn't be surprised if some stores stop stocking it. Only a select few stores here in Australia sell the Vita and Vita games, Target, Kmart (different companies however sharing only their name) do not.
