That just says he is skeptical about how it would do. Doesn't mean to say it won't happen. I think its on there for 3 reasons.
1. they kept platforms secret for this long and suddenly they come out and confirm what we have guessed all along. Ps3 and 360? You don't say. So why not come out and say that in the first place?
2. it has been rumored since the system had a codename. The rumor keeps coming up to this day. There have been like 5 or 6 sources suggesting it.
3. I cannot even begin to describe the fail if nintendo let this slip. Even if everybody there didn't think it would sell it is nothing a cheque wouldn't fix. They have a year head start with no competition. They would be the first "new" system with a gta game. They claim they after the hardcore and while they can't get the haters to pay up they can stop people jumping ship towards the others for some big games.
No way nintendo let this go. This is the same story as call of duty and need for speed I bet. Its a publicity stunt by nintendo to get you to question it then blow some minds later.
