I can say with 100% accuracy anyone who could do this, would do it at least once.
To say otherwise is just ridiculous. You can say "ewwww that's disgusting" all you like, but with that ability over your lifetime, there is going to be a moment where you think "ahhhh fuck it" and do it. It's not about being of unsound mind, it's just being realistic. I'll bet everyone has put their finger in their ass too, is that gross? Yes, but you did it nontheless, it might have been years ago, it might have been last week, it might be part of your masturbation sessions. But you've done it. Same for this.
